You will receive a confirmation email that you are enrolled, your unique broker identification number.

Smooth, Easy Loan Processing

Complete and submit your Loan Application Cover Document either online (Here).

Scan and send other document and supplemental information to support loan application on the additional document submission page. (Coming soon: The Smarter Broker App where you will also be able to submit documents)

Your client loan is processed and you receive confirmation of submission.

Receive regular updates through to settlement (if you have chosen complete service).
