  • Invest 5 minutes to complete your Smarter application (click here)
  • Choose the loan processing ‘support level” of your choice.
  • You will receive a confirmation email that you are enrolled, your unique broker identification number. 

Step 2

Smooth, Easy Loan Processing

 

  • Complete and submit your Loan Application Cover Document either online (Here).
  • Scan and send other document and supplemental information to support loan application on the additional document submission page. (Coming soon: The Smarter Broker App where you will also be able to submit documents)
  • Your client loan is processed and you receive confirmation of submission.
  • Receive regular updates through to settlement (if you have chosen complete service).

Step 3

Reap Your Member Rewards

 

  • Move up the Smarter Broker Levels to receive larger discounts and cheaper loan processing costs.
  • Use your Smarter Broker App to receive discounts at our selected retail outlets (Coming soon)
